The hotel offers easy access to Queenstown's attractions, with big and airy rooms that are spotlessly clean and modern. The views from the balcony at the front are great, but not having use of the central bathroom was a downside, especially considering the reduced price during our stay.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, with stunning views of the cable car and mountains at the back, and the lake and mountains at the front. The rooms were modern, clean, and warm, perfect for my parents who had their own bedroom with an ensuite. The service was fantastic, with all necessary facilities available, though there was a slight hiccup with a late checkout request. The location was excellent, just a short walk into town and close to ski areas. However, we had a few bumps due to the low ceilings, but the amenities like sky TV and complimentary teas and coffees made up for it. The dining was good, especially the hand-pulled noodles, and the facilities were top-notch.
The hotel offers a refreshing and comfortable stay in nicely tidy rooms, though some areas smelt stale. The service was accommodating and friendly, with a few minor misses in follow-up. The location is great for exploring the town and enjoying beautiful views.
